Wrekinsport CC - B2 Ride
Pattingham for Coffee & Cake
Ride Leader: Dave Slater.
Distance: 42ish miles
Average speed 14-15mph.
Cafe Stop: Takeaway from Lychgate Coffee. Coffee and cake available, sandwiches by advance order (see menu on facebook).
Route: Out via Leegomery and Hoo, up Lillyhurst (sorry) and then down to Shifnal, Grindle and through Badger to Pattingham. We return via Codsall and then either via Albrighton or via Bishops Wood depending on how many more lumpy bits we fancy on-the-day.
The roads will be mainly quiet country lanes and the odd b-road. Some of the lanes will be a bit gravel-y or pot-holed but nothing a road bike on 25mm tyres won’t be able to cope with at this time of year.
